To all EU customers
As a result of Brexit, we want to cover any additional import costs you may incur. See details below.
Now that we are no longer in the EU, there are some changes to the way you pay for your orders from us. We want to reassure all of our European customers that you can still benefit from our high-quality parts and customer service, without feeling like you are spending more money than you were before Brexit.
We are working hard with our contacts in inter-European trade and courier services to ensure that we remain competitive in the European market.
You will now pay your own country's VAT/IVA on all orders and there may be some customs fees from carriers.
We want to try our best to cover these fees for you through discounted shipping rates.
We are offering discounted shipping for orders over £150 (discounted amount will be refunded) to cover the customs fees.
For orders under £150 please contact us and we will organise a solution for you.
From 1st July 2021, the EU will remove the €22 minimum for VAT exception. Meaning that every shipment to the EU will be subject to VAT.
Please note that most shipments valued under €150 are not subject to Customs duties on arrival in the EU. This is separate to VAT and will continue to apply post 1 July 2021.
To assist customs clearance, we ask you to please enter your Tax ID into the order notes box on checkout.
Please contact us if you have any questions.
